Bethany Niccum: Director of Thriving
Bethany's favorite topic is Chiropractic and she loves to share it with everyone she meets. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with her degree in Sociology in 1997. Helping others transition their lives into their dreams has been her purpose and passion ever since she can remember. Bethany is Dr. Trapper’s wife and the Director of Thriving, a position that gives her the opportunity to help the community flourish in a joyous way. Through coaching, educating and sharing information on personal growth and Chiropractic, she inspires people follow their bliss and truly experience life as it was meant to be lived. When Bethany is not busy helping people Thrive, she loves to spend quality time with her husband and two boys, as well as writing, crocheting, hiking and laughing every chance she gets.
Hilary: Community Outreach Specialist
Hilary plays a huge role at Thrive through connecting with the Durango community and helping them understand what is available for them to be happier and healthier.
She also facilitates all of Thrive's Pamper Programs where Thrive
sponsor's Complimentary Chair Massage in local businesses. Spreading
the message of health by reaching out to the community is her
specialty. In her spare time, Hilary loves to sew, dive into any craft project and touring our beautiful state.

Deirdre Karger, CMT: Creating Wellness Coach & Certified Massage Therapist
Deirdre love's to massage the aches and pains out of people's bodies. Nothing makes her happier than to have someone get up off her massage table with a smile on their face and relief in their voice. It has been thirteen years since Deirdre graduated from massage school in Seattle, Washington and she has been using her natural gift of healing ever since. In 2008, she joined the Thrive team to support Trapper and Bethany’s desire to help as many people in Durango reach their ultimate health and wellness goals. As a certified Intrinsic Wellness Coach, Deirdre is passionate about inspiring others to live their lives fully. In her spare time she can be found pedaling her bike up beautiful mountain passes, reading, writing, knitting, and watching good movies with her husband, son and two very spoiled dogs.

Alison: Care Manager
Alison’s bright smiling face is the first thing you will see each time you walk through Thrive’s door. As an integral part of the Thrive team, Alison is Thrive’s Care Manager she takes care of everyone’s scheduling needs to ensure that their health goals are met. When she is not working at Thrive, she is enjoying all that life has to offer.

Kaila: Massage Outreach Coordinator
Kaila has the super fun position of taking care of everyone getting their 1st massage scheduled! She also assists the doctors and the Thrive team in serving the highest quality care possible to the Durango community. Kaila is a full time student where she races mountain bikes with the college and professionally. This July, at U.S. Nationals, she placed 2nd in her division, earning her a spot in the Mountain Bike World Championships in Champery, Switzerland this September.

Cara: Education Specialist
Learning how your body works is the perfect first step in becoming healthier. Cara's focus at thrive is to help people understand what chiropractic is. In a way, she is their concierge to thriving. In Cara's spare time she loves to run, create amazing artwork and play tennis as much as possible.
